Q: Why do I have to transfer my site? What does web site migration involve?

A: If your present hosting provider can no longer satisfy the demands of your web site, or when you undergo continual downtime, or if you have to wait for hours for the customer support staff to respond to you, it may be smart to change your provider, i.e. to move all the files for your websites along with your databases from your present provider to your future provider. At Triad Host, we understand that this can often be hard & time–consuming. This is why we’ll perform all that for you for free! Our highly qualified technical team members will move your web site content from your current hosting provider to us. Our techs have got plenty of experience with web site migration and can handle everything – from a standard WordPress blog or Joomla web site, to a highly complex, custom–made application.
